Repairing a leaky flat roof in Chicago

Another winter has come and gone. Time to get those Chicago flat roofs sealed up! This is a flat roof on the North side of Chicago that I applied an Elastomeric coating to seal up leaks. It takes several steps, starting with cleaning the roof.

Next I apply a flashing grade to the seams, wall transitions, stacks, and the skylight. After that is dry, I then apply the first field coat to the entire flat roof. I then come back another day and start the process all over again, another coat of flashing grade, and then the final coat in the field.
